About Jeevan Pragathi Trust

Jeevan Pragathi Trust is a not-for-profit trust established in 2011. It has branch offices in eight districts of Karnataka and one district of Andhra Pradesh, with the head office located in Chamarajpet, Bengaluru.

The trust is highly focused to support the lives of underprivileged needy women and girls to create sustainable well-being for them. The trust began its work years ago to establish a skill development centre, support the livelihood of young girls, shelter children, support the education and growth of young girls, and provide a dignified living for the elderly.

Although the services informally began in 1914, the trust was formally set up in the year 2011 in order to create a wider impact by associating with partners, donors, etc. Presently, the trust has 19 long-term projects. The projects are focused on livelihood training for children and homes for the children and elderly.
